There's a 90degree turn on them. Was that screwed, glued or milled from a solid piece?
they're made from 3/4" starboard and mount to my push pole holder bases using "star knobs"

the push pole holders are by V marine. the "holder itself unscrews from the "base". I counterbored the bottom of the starboard to accept the base and mounted the driftmaster tip savers using a countersunk bolt from the bottom to a coupling nut that screwed the tip savers into
S10CHEVY LIKED above post
countersunk screws from the end just above the rub rail. Its actually a 95 degree turn along with varying angle to match the curvature of the deck. I also have some 3M nonskid pads (big box store) on the underside so it doesn't rub the deck and provides just enough compression to keep everything snug. I'll take some pictures of just the brackets when I get home
doesn't the Targa have the versatrack? If so, you have all kinds of options
Yes, but due to a Bimini top, I need to get my off set tip savers pretty far out over the thick side walls. I'm currently considering using starboard coming up from a versatrack adapter, then turning 90 degrees out over the side walls. Also trying to avoided mounting them directly to the boat.
Is that joint in the starboard screwed or glued?
Is that joint in the starboard screwed or glued? Nevermind, I see the counter sunk holes.
