I couldnt say if its good or not. I have been looking and thats one of the ones I have had my eye on. Mom gave me my dad's ex-wife's old plug in she left at house and its worked great for years but you can tell its old. Until it goes out I am keeping it.

I have one of the 110v models and one of the Cordless models. Love 'em both. The only problem with the cordless is when your Wife "puts up" the batteries and forgets where she put them up. A fully charge battery will last about 30 minutes, so I always keep one on the charger. I've done 82 crappie at a stretch with 3 battery changes and no problem other than with myself wearing out!

Just bought the 110v model earlier this year and it has done well. It'll get warm after 50 or so fish, but it really hasn't been a problem. Blades are sharp and blade speed is good. I like it the best because it's more comfortable to use than other fillet knives on long fillet sessions!

I have had the same knife for some time now. My mom and dad have had theirs for years and just keep buying replacement blades. But other than getting a little warm they are good knifes especially for the cost. I was interested in buying a 12v model and just didn't know how it would perform. Do you think it would be a wise decision to get a 12v model or just stick to the 110. I gotta get another knife, son needs to get in on some of this fish cleaning as well. 2 is better than 1!!!!!

I don't like the curved blades. I learned with a traditional electric with straight blades and the curved blades you lose to much meat!!! But I clean 'em like a surgeon and believe it's a precious commodity, even if you have a million to clean, IMHO.

    Default My Opinion

I have used both..The A/C model is much, much better than the A/C-D/C model.

Neither compares to my old Black & Decker Slimline..Does anyone have a B-D they would like to give up?

    .

Mr. Twister has held up the best for me. Rapala didn't last long and the handle is uncomfortable.

B&D Slimgrip is what I use, can't even remember how old it is.
