Canepole that is a sweet looking setup, I would have never thought of the pan with the break angle. Looks like it will work like a charm, did u make up another pan for mass production???

Tom is that a 1/4 sheet pan? If so Sams has them. I think theres three per pack.
Get me a size and I will check and see what I have down at the river.
