    Question barometric pressure forecast

I’ve been looking for a weather site that predicts barometric pressure. I’ve been using weather channel mainly because I can enter the zip code and get area weather. Does anyone know of a web site that gives barometric pressure in there forecast.

    Hey Stray:

I don't know of a website that gives a forecast for barometric pressure but you can get a real good idea of what to expect by looking at these four pages on weather.com:

    Current Surface Weather - http://image.weather.com/images/maps...wx_600x405.jpg

    You can see where the low-pressure areas - Red "L" - and high-pressure areas - Blue "H" - are.

Then you can see where the lows and highs are forecast to go in the next 24-hours at:

Like Jerry says I don't believe they put out a forecast of barometric pressures.

For me the NOAA site is such a supper site to check on weather conditions for the next couple three days.

From their site you set up the paramaters that you are interested in seeing. I have set mine up for hourly temps, wind speed and direction, sky cover, rain and thunder, and precipitation chance. This is the site with my paramaters
    http://www.crh.noaa.gov/ifps/MapClic...=332&map.y=189.

From this site you would need to go to their home page and set up your location and paramaters wanted and save it to your favorites. If you fish several lakes that are a hundred miles or so apart you could set up a favorite for each lake.

I have been using the WeatherUnderground to see online data from local private weather stations. If you display the data as a graph, showing the 7 day week you are in, you can see the barometric trends quite easily, and do your own forecast in seconds!
    Check this site:
    >adjust for your location-
    >choose any station near you-
    >always update the date in the address bar-

    http://www.wunderground.com/weathers...graphspan=week

Look up the stations in your area here:

    http://www.wunderground.com/weathers...=United+States

Just remember, these are private weather stations and carry no guarantee of accuracy. But, check a few in an area and you will spot errors easily.
