    If anyone is looking for a custom rod for a gift or just to have themselves. Check out Big dady rods. His link is on my sponsor page.
    He makes a heck of a nice rod. It has just enough backbone that I want for docks. Boy do they look great!! The corkhandle has a red burl through out it. I just ordered two new Dock rods with my name and my sons name on them. It is to be his birthday present and something he will keep forever. It says something that it is just not another rod from BPS but was custom made for him and only him:D

    and i 2nd that mr randy is a great guy to work with. i had him buld me a fl/spinning rod combo an it is a great rod. i am also have him build me a 8' 2piece 6wth fly rod. cant waite to get that one either.
