    I tried to get some maybe 8 years or so ago and could not. I did pick up a few from somewhere. Let me see if I can dig them up and let you have them. they are mostly for fishing around Lake Verette and that area.

    Thanks. That is a good idea. If I am unable to get books to read feel free to chime in about basin crappie fishing. I am new to Louisiana. I am from Arkansas. I am learning the basin but it is definitely different than what I am use to. I am catching a few but not a mess yet. Blaine Salter has helped me a lot and I am thankful for all the help from him and others. Mainly fish around Pigeon, Sorrel, &Grand River.

    Blaine is a really cool guy! Met him at the crappie expo last year in Shreveport and we visited for quite a while. Like visiting with a good ole boy buddy!
