Welcome aboard. Nice mess of fish from shooting those docks
Long time reader just decide to make an account. Made a quick trip up to lake Bruin Tuesday. Caught 20 shooting docks. All nice keeper fish 11-14 inches. Caught in 8-12 fow. Mostly post-spawn females although I did catch a few dark males. Fish seem to be moving out to the deeper docks.

Man, that's some nice ones, and welcome aboard!

Welcome to the best forum on the web. I'm currently at Lake St. John but the fish are not biting here, at least not where I'm at. Glad to see that you've found yourself a nice box full.

Welcome to the forum and great mess of crappie.

I've never crappie fished Bruin. Does it get a lot of pressure for crappie??

No definitely more of a bass lake. A lot of people run yo yo’s off their docks this time of year but other than that I don’t see too many crappie fishermen.
