    Default Afternoon on da River

    TFunky dat is.

Made da landing bout 1300.Conditions were perfect. Nice Brisk southern wind. Water was Down a bit and still muddy.

Got A report from the folks at the landing dat wasn't good. Not gonna let dat spoil my afternoon.

Found a few dat would play. They wanted da swmming 3tail. With a little stop n go.

No blue for Momma but did land a purty goo for PPG.

    Don't get mo better.

Very nice box shot. You did good. What kind of rods you using to tightline those jigs? You pitching it out and retrieving or just vertical jigging?

Thanks for the Goo buddy but I really like to catch them myself. Maybe if this crazy spring weather settles down I'll go visit you.

I use Salters jig poles. Very seldom vertical. Most of the time I'm pitching out. I use a 6' rod and Pro Staff 2020 zebco for the 3tails
