    Had a 14inch black from Lake Bistineau that went right at 2lbs.

    I fish several different lakes that are within an hour of each other and there is a definite difference in the thickness of them! I joking say that one of the lakes has crappie that are on a diet b/c they are so much thinner than the other 2 lakes!

    Filet the thick ones but clean, scale and fry the thin ones whole. Sac-a-lait taste so much better by the bone. Just my 2¢.
    One found guilty of not using punctuation deserves the longest sentence possible.
