Default Fun day on the water

Made a trip with a buddy Friday to one of the lakes he fishes. We didn't tear them up but we had a great time! Fished from 6:30-11:30 and ended with 13 sacs, 1 largemouth and 1 Kentucky. Fished 9-11 feet deep and caught on hand tied jigs. He caught on a silver and chartreuse jig he ties and I caught on a black and pink jig I tie. He outfished me pretty good but I still had a blast!Name: 20210604_112413_HDR.jpg

I know Marty! I couldn't believe it either, but now the truth has to come out, I only caught 2 that went in the box! But one of them was one of the bigger ones, not the biggest but one of the other nicer ones.

Looks like a wonderful trip filled with slabs and fellowship, which counts for the most part in my book!
