Default Heading your way for the holiday weekend

Look out! Spartannation and vbottom are headed your way. We should be in Monroe on Friday morning and may get a chance to fish while we're there. I'm assuming the spawn is over. Any suggestions on where to find the crappie? If we go we'll probably hit either D'arbonne or Caney.

Darbone on the flats. May could pull some cranks and catch a mess.

Correct, spawn is over and has been for over a month. Haven't fished Caney lately. Fished Darbonne a couple of times over the last month. Tons of small fish, but you can weed through them and catch some decent ones. 12-20' FOW
