    Default White Kitchen

Feeshed WK for da first time today. Conditions were perfect. Blue bird day and a nice breeze.

Made the launch bout 08:30. Two boats already out. Traffic built threw da morning. Even had a big glass boat running and gunning.

Fleshed black n chart tube two feets under a cork NADA. Went down to 4 feets and caught a few. Kept two sacs and two goggle eyes.

Could da Should da went to Disney.

Tip of da day.A 30 oz rambler Yeti full of ice tea floats. 😁

You joggled something in my brain when you mentioned the word White Kitchen. Vanilla ice cream cone, 4-40 AC in my uncles brand new 1962 Chevrolet Impala. That was our Sunday drives from Gentilly.

    Come on MO everbody knows

It's on the "Short Cut" to the Gulf Coast, at the junction of U.S. Hwys. 90 and 190 (right next to Reptile Jungle).

I remember the restaurant there. We used to stop there on the way to the Gulf Coast.

White Kitchen was know for its fried chicken and was long gone before I came of age and use to listen to my parents talk about it. My brother and I ( jchagn1718) grew up in New Orleans East and fished all of that area from Chef Pass, Rigolets , to Peal River. Goods times and you could catch a variety of species. Moved North of I-10 after Katrina did me in.
