Thread: 2 ramp day

Cool. Better than the couple small bass I caught Friday.

With the warm weather there were so many boats going to the Bone I could not get out of my Driveway -- besides that there is a new Girl in town

Part 1 . Headed to half moon bayou...planned to fish the bridge and laydowns with jigs and nibbles. Water was muddy for half moon but i have seen worse. Caught 2 dinks in 3 hours..had about 5 bites and they were all under the bridge..this was Saturday btw. So....i says to myself if your gonna fish muddy water fish water you know well. Part2....Off to the lil mudhole I went.. dubisson....yep water was muddy but i knew it would be...fished shallow and the water was high...had to find a place out of the wind...found 1 dink sac and the bass...the bass was released...looked to have eggs and it’s not like I already had a few fish to clean....better than the skunk and exceeded my limit by 3.... my problem is I need to fish henderson more but every time and i mean every time i fish a large body of water i spend too little time finding the cleaner water and too much time fishing dead water...see ya!
