Thread: Prayers for our South Louisiana Friends

JR, for Andrew we left home in the afternoon while the storm was heading somewhere near us. As we traveled we heard it had shifted a little west and was heading in the general direction of Morgan City, we were heading up I-55 so we pulled over in Hammond for the night. The motel lost power around 3 AM so we loaded up and headed away from the storm to Slidell, . Once there we ate breakfast and heard that the storm was heading toward Baton Rouge so we jumped on I-10 and headed west. We went to the I-310 overpass and hit highway 90 and headed home. We made a big circle around Lake Pontchartrain. We suffered no damage except for the motel bill for one night.
