    I envy ya'll that live close enough to switch hit, Speckled Trout, BBQ Redfish on the half shell and crab n shrimp stuffed Flounder are some of my favorites. Salt water Goo make good imitation crabmeat. You got me salivating.

    Croaker. Kept in the excitement of catching fish. Meat is nice. Never keep big drum like this. It was a lot of work. For not a lot of meat. It was rather disgusting.

    That drum will be the last I keep. Should have known this but alas part of him is in the freezer.

    IIRC, the smaller black drum were the ones to keep. We used to call them "Puppy Drum". They were much better eating.
    Only need three more years before I can think like a fish.
