Default Cranking Cypress Lake Benton, Round 3

Hit the water at 7am and did not set the world on fire right away, but once the sun came out, is was game on. Caught a limit ( 25 Crappie) today pulling bandit 300s. Pulled 8 baits with 45 ft of line out that seemed to be the ticket.

Dat's how you do it. Great catch. Its fun when you have multiple poles bent at one time.

I thought the limit on Cypress was 50, and when I looked online, I found this chart on this website:
Freshwater Creel & Size Limits | Louisiana Fishing Regulations – 2020 | eRegulations

    Is this incorrect?

Great catch!! Were you following any certain contour, or water depth?

I'm not sure about Cypress Bayou. But I'll tell you what, 25 good ones like that is all I want to clean.

LouisianaFishNut , you are correct, Toledo and Caddo Lake have a 25 fish limit on them, Cypress Lake has a 50 fish limit. I was happy with catching 25 and that was enough for me to clean. Can't wait for another try at it or trip to Sibley Lake.
