Feeshed my fav o rite river today. Launch out of da 4th street launch bout 1100 hour. Parking lot wuz almost full. Some folks were pulling out. Rain? Yep,

Conditions were perfect. Water was down a few feet, but still up and muddy by the 4th street launch. Water looked good up da Abita as I went by. Got better south of I12. The cuts off the river had pretty water too.


Found feesh dat would bite almost evry spot but most were small.Never found any bigguns. Threw in da towel around 0330.

All feesh caught tight line on a black n chart tube and a blue and white tube.

Not bad not bad. Did ya'll get much rain on the east side of the storm?
