Default Been catching a few on cross lake

The wife and I have been fishing cross a lot this year, but have slowed down since it's been so hot, we went a couple days ago and fished some tops that I put out, and done a little dock shooting. Also pulled some cranks one afternoon but only caught 2 or 3 so we went back to jigs, mainly caught on electric chicken Name: 20200808_091902.jpg

Nice, I've often heard Cross referred to as "The dead sea"

It can seem like that at times, especially if you're pulling cranks, but over the last year I've put out a lot of bamboo tops and other stuff, and also found a lot of structures that other people have placed. So we've done real well on it this year. For the most part, it's a open lake with hardly any structure tho. So I understand the dead sea thoughts on it
