    Good point. It has the mouth/head shape of a white. I hear there are hybrids caught from time to time.

    It may well be a hybrid, however, hybrids have the same shape, spots and coloring as a black. They also have 7 dorsal spines like a black (whites have 6).
    It takes a well-trained specialist or biological testing to distinguish between the two.
