    Academy sells the complete hub assembly. I don't leave home without them! change out in about 5-10 minutes as compared to possibly hours!

    Rule #2 always have a spare hub assembly. I learned that the hard way.

    I'd say #1 is to check you hubs for heat each time you pull. An overly warm hub is a warning to you.

    Rule #1 Don't forget the spare. In my younger years I would fish with a friend and would always ask him if he remembered to bring the spare and he would always say "Bring a spare need a spare". Then a couple years later the phone rings early in the morning, can you bring me your spare I got a flat. We still kid each other about that.
