    Default Take Me Fishing

That’s what I heard Thursday evening when I answered the phone. Come over and stay the night and we will leave early from my place. We got to Woodson Landing on time, just before sun up and a cool 20 min boat ride found us at My Spot. Charline got the first one. Name: IMG_0621.jpg

We caught 4 of these big suskas, they always get hooked with both sets of hooks 1 in the mouth and 1 in the gill plate making them spin and never fails to tangle in another line or twoName: IMG_0625.jpg

Short Line had a great time even though the trolling motor battery started running low, we brought home 8 big Sacalait 4 Goo and 1 catfish. Po called to check on us to make sure we got in safe and said she had 12.

Something not rite, just checked the battery charger. Yesterday when we got home the charger said 51% battery life remaining 15 hrs later only 73% charged on rapid charge. I have the caps off and the water is fine the conections are clean and tight. The smart charger will even tell if it has a bad cell, no light. I've got to dig around in my shed to find my old hydrometer, hadn't seen that thing in 3 yrs sense the purchase of the new charger and battery. I'm probably have to bring it in and have a load tester check it. Cant be without a hot battery.

Good trip. I had very similar battery problems. Fuse blown on one changing circuit. Replaced fuse still not working right. Maybe shorted cell in battery. 4 years old so I’m going to replace them both
