Default Slab n On da Tic # II

Made it to the landing at @0830. Bout a dozen truck and trailers in da lot.

Conditions were perfect. Water was Down a little and has gotten really pretty. Bout time. Wind was strong out of da south. Slowed down midmorning. Sun was in and out.

Most feesh caught tight line with A black n green n chartreuse tube. Went to the blue n white tube and it worked too. Even tried some slab sauce at one spot.

Plenty of perch biting. Caught a few chink a pins in one spot. One of them possible world record feesh.

Just wondering if you do not use slab sauce at every spot, do you just fish straight plastic or put some kind of scent on it? Or just fish the plastic with no scent?

No I do not use slab sauce at every spot. MO slab gave me a bottle last week.

I pulled up to one of my better spots and caught a slab on my first flip. Couldn't get another hit and felt da feesh were there. I say dis is da perfect time to try da sauce. IMO the jury is still out on it. But i'm sure it will keep vampires away.
