    Where's half moon at ? I used to live in Carencro in the 80's and remember the name.

    Yep, I remember now , we go passed Port Barre , then exit off to the right , there was this little bar on the left with a little ramp. In the water to right there was old Hwy. Or train bridge rite ?

    Not sure about the bar but there is a bridge right there at the launch and railroad bridge a little further south.
