    Does anyone know where Dees Camp is somewhere down around Black Lake/ Clarence/ Saline area? Been there once and caught lots of catfish on a pole. Been years ago and I’m trying to remember where it was.

    If I remember correctly, Dees Camp is actually on Black Bayou. Go east from Clarence on US 84 and turn left (north) on La. 1226. I think Dees is on the right a mile or so before you get to the Black Bayou bridge. I believe Mr. Dees died a number of years ago so I'm not sure the camp is still operating.

    I'm not sure if it's still open/ operating either but Tbone is correct on it's location. If I get time I'll go ride down there and find out. I haven't been there in a few years

    It's open. Ramp is fine. 5.00 fee. Went today and caught 15 perch. Slow.
