    Default Henderson....Friday... 11/29/19.....Two Of Us...


    Got my Stepson, Barry, to go with me today...we started bass fishing together some 28 years years ago...and, he introduced me to jig pole fishing (with jigs) for sacs about 24 years ago...at the time, I was still using cane poles for everything....

    So we started about 7 AM and quit at 12:30 PM....the heat got to us...shiners just off the bottom...best fish in 15 fow...4 poles front, 4 poles back...2 hooks each pole....the gar really kept us busy....we kept 24 and there was quite a few nice ones in the bunch....had one double....he found my hat in the boat locker....sent the fish home with him....

    The parking lot was full when we left.....most I have seen in months....

    Weather is looking pretty good for next Tuesday...

    The word got out I had two people at Thanksgiving dinner over in Denham Springs tell me about the fish being caught in Bigeaux. I see a road trip in my future.
