    Default Spider Rigging

I was introduced to spider rigging while in Arkansas last week and I am wondering how many are using this method in Louisiana, specifically south Louisiana? And how successful are you at it? thanks!

I would rather long line or pull cranks but when they’re biting spider rigging is as fun as any other method.

Same. I like pulling cranks, but I'll stay in one spot if they're schooled up, and spider rigging is a blast when the bite is hot. Also lets you try a few different jigs at different depths to dial in on what they want, then tear them up. Here in NWLA, it's getting to be that time of year. You can fish with a pole in each hand, or you can fish with eight while you snack on your junk food or enjoy a frosty pop. What's not to like?!
A bad day fishing is better than a good day at work, unless you fish for a living.
