    Default Henderson....Sunday, 10/27/19.....

Fishervet walked up and surprised me when I was getting ready to launch around 9:45....it was good to see him again...he and his son Zack were there to challenge the fish.....it was a perfectly cool and overcast day....caught a bunch of small ones and kept these 5....they were 14", 13", 12", and 2 at 11"...shiners 3 ft deep in 7 fow.....laydowns seemed to work best....went back today at 10 and only got one keeper that I threw back...bright sun may have ran them off.....

Five like that would suit me fine, good job.

Linda and I wanted to go today so late yesterday we rode over to Cannon's launch and found the water over the docks. So no dice for us. Also the canal and the boat launch is packed with lilies. We did launch there last week so I could check out my newly reworked prop. When we picked up I also picked up a large garbage can of lilies that came home with me. I had to jack the boat off the bunks to get them out. I wasn't gonna do that again.

Absolutely beautiful fish Mr Bruce. Thx for always giving your details... I fail to do that a lot of times just outta shear rush. But it’s those lil group of numbers that can really make or break a fisherman’s day.
