I use them on my jig poles. It makes it fast and easy to change jigs. They are a little hard to hold while trying to tie to line, but it helps to put them on a jig first.

Good idea PawPaw. An ole dog teaching a new trick. I use them on my long poles only. Finally taught my self to tie a loop knot ,and use that a lot now,
Does help with jig changes. Just remember still have to retie when line gets abraded

Yes on my jig poles.
Only need three more years before I can think like a fish.
Yes, on my ultra light rigs, I am getting to old to hold and tie, though! They work fine!
loop knots take less time to tie on a bait with a SINGLE hook....if the bait has trebles then I use a swivel thing a ma jiggy thing.....but they need to be changed periodically also......
