Thread: Old River Morganza fish/lunch

    I was up there Saturday working on rewiring the meter pan and breaker box, I saw a boat out front of my camp catch about 10 sacalait netting all of them slabs.
    I hope to pass inspection a get power turner on and start catching some. The water still has to fall another 3 foot to be low in it's banks.

    Thanks for the report. If I get there early enough I’m going to try for some bass near Alligator Point then hit the rafts when it warms up. Going to try to get the boys to catch some. They’ve been asking to go fishing for a month but I’ve been working a lot and it’s been HOT.

    Looks like a slight rise in the forecast. I'll be at the launch for 6 30 am. Going to pull cranks on the South flats
