Sippi river has finally crested here (St.Louis region) and is falling .It hit near 93" levels.It over topped several area levees.
I have been praying daily for all the people affected by the flooding and am as anxious as anyone to see it continue to drop.

Looks like a lil green chartreuse and a lil yella chartreuse. They make good baits. Durable. My neighbor uses the three inch tubes and they are thick as all get out.
Two colors,... stubborn as a cat covering its mess on a marble floor.

I feel for all the people affected by the mighty Mississippi.

Snagged again, it's good to hear that maybe the tide has turned, now to get rid of all this water. Maybe someone can figure out how to pump so cooler air down here while we're at it. If these temps keep up we will be catching cooked fish.

The river was up,down,up for a long time.I hope what has finally went downstream is not going to cause the you all the headaches it did here.About everybody has had their fill of high,high water.I hope your weather cools and your fish are starvin hungry.

Terry we don't want to wish anything bad on other folks just to our benefit. It's been a rough year for a lots of good people. Let's pray things straighten out, fishing can wait but people need relief.

PawPaw,
I lived in a flood plane a few years and full well know what it is to be flooded.That is why I have prayed everyday for the folks effected by the high water.
It has been a crazy weather year.Usually by now we are hot and dry.We have been in 70's to low 90's with rain every few days...
