At least you got out Vet. I am still waiting on the water to come out of the woods in my country and it’s time for the spawn to start over here Dubisson 2-24-19

I went yesterday Tal. Water... coffee with lots of cream. Temp... 60-61. Had six trucks w/trailers at the landing. The few I talked to didn't get a bite. I recorded two bites; one bounced the pole and the other had the rod doubled over. I couldn't grab it quick enough before it got off. Oh well, it wasn't much of a fishing trip anyway. More of a shake down trip with the new I-pilot. Its been three years in the making and well worth the wait. IT'S THE BOMB! Like fishing hands-free. I guess it'll be a couple months until the water clears up.
Only need three more years before I can think like a fish.

I marked the most fish straight out from the landing. I fished 8-10 feet deep at 1-1.2mph pulling Bandit 300's. I didn't stay very long, maybe 2 hours at the most. I got the trolling motor from TackleDirect.
