Default The American Crappie Trail TV show

It aired yesterday and highlighted day 1 on the Quachita River in Monroe, La. They actually fished it last year during the summer. The 1st day's biggest stringer of 7 fish was about 12 1/2 pounds, with a big fish of just over 2lbs. Not bad for a summer trip. It plays on the Pursuit Channel if you have that available in your area. I have it thru Dish Network. I think it will re-air on Thursday about 11:30 am. check your guide to be sure. It was really good and a lot of these professional fisherman had never fished this waterway. Most fish were caught spider rigging , but some were single pole jigging.

I have my DVR set to record the series so every time it comes on I get it recorded along with brushpile fishing and crappie masters.
