    Never have launch there.

    In Covington There's a public concrete launch north of the Interstate. It's called the 4th street launch behind the Hospital off LA21. There a gravel launch south of the interstate @ the end of 3 rivers road.

    There is a gravel public launch on the north east corner of LA 22 in Madisonville. There's a concrete paid launch @ Marina Del Ray on the south east side of the 22 bridge.
