    Good times! I've run across ole Cajun Dave a couple of times. He's a character for sure. I'm sure spending a day on the lake with him would provide for some grand memories. I've been visiting Shady Glade Cafe off and on since the 80's. I like to launch there and grab an egg and sausage biscuit on the days they open early. Gotta check their hours before you go because they change with the seasons.

    It has been years since I have had Chicken Fried Steak ... The wife said Good Truck Stops has it in their Restaurants.. Stretching on my memory Bank, I think that Cracker Barrel has it on the Menu also... some of those fried Potato's on the side and you would need a Wheelborrow
