I was lucky enough to get a bag of Courageous Coffee and let me tell you it is GOOD. I usually don't drink dark roast because it smell and taste burnt. This coffee is different, it smells great when you open the bag, no burnt smell. It taste great once brewed, again no burnt taste. It leave a good lasting taste on your tongue with no bitterness. I'm having a cup right now and it taste great. Thanks for the donation of the bags of coffee.

I brought it down with me. Tanya is my niece and donated the coffee plus made us those custom bags, "D'arbonne Dark Roast" and "Black Bayou Breakfast Blend". I like the dark roast better, too, but the light roast is good, too. More money than Maxwell House but it's like comparing stew meat to prime rib.
The older I get the more I realize the therapeutic benefits of fishing
