Thread: Anyone know good places to bank fish?

Im not looking for specific spots just general areas my dad and i could go fish for bream, crappie,and catfish that have good walking banks. At the moment we are looking for a small boat so until then we can only fish from the bank. We usually fish in Ramah but i asked on the TigerDroppings forum if anyone has been there and they said it was just a big mud hole at the moment.

We just went to ramah today to let the dogs run out some pent up energy and there was only 1 person fishing from the interstate north for about 5 miles. We used to fish out there before we got our boat but only really caught fish once. Every other time it was trying to find a spot to squeeze in between ppl. Always caught small fish and the same went for everyone we would stop and talk to. If you're on the br side or aren't far, try the LSU lakes. Ppl always posting bass and panfish on fishbrain from there. That's a good app to find bank spots also. Tons of ppl bank fish on there. Good luck.

something to think about is bar Pits along the River Leves .. Lots of folks have Cows grazing and not hard to figure out who has the Land. The cows keep the Bank clean enough to be easy to bank fish.. Just share your catch
