Definitely not a good situation to be in but glad you kept a level head and found someone nice enough to tow you back.

Many times I have come across people with boat troubles, have I wanted to tow them back? If I'm being honest, I would have to say not really BUT not one time have I NOT asked! I know I will need help one day and hope some soul would help be out too! I do firmly believe in karma! So glad you found some kind souls to help you out.

Glad you made it back OK Vet....been there, done that......I believe I am correct in saying that it is a State Law that you must stop and give aid to a stranded boater....if it is not, then it would be a good one.....I know I have towed several of them in....not because of the law, just the right thing to do....

It was a learning experience you wont forget, just one more situation you are able to find a solution for if it occurs again.
