Default Old River get together in October?

MO and I talked about having another meet/greet at Old River Landing in the fall. Anyone interested in doing another fish and lunch on October 20th? Lunch at the landing at noon.

It shouldn’t rise until February or March. Usually stays low in the fall

I hunt in the swamps of the Mississippi and usually get a rise mid October. Some years at least.

Hopefully we don’t. Good thing is Old River is dammed off so the MS doesn’t affect it until it gets to 15.5 ft or higher at the BR scale. It’s at 12 ft now and dropping so a little rise shouldn’t affect it. Fingers crossed.

Where is this "Old River" that you speak of?
I fish 7 days a week; some days for fish, everyday for men.
