    With the water being so low I figured launching might get to become a problem with Trailer dropping off the end of the ramp... with Drawdown on the big lake it is too common... Thanks for making this summer Hot one more time

    Thankfully the ouachita parish police jury unlike the corps of engineers or my local police jury took steps to keep at least one ramp open. They dug it out and put rock at the end of the ramp at joe bobs.

    I'm glad that I didn't pay up the $40 (it may be more now) for a yearly corps ramp pass that I can't use for at least six months

    Mostly whites, there's a few smaller blacks in there too

    For the most part. Theres a few lakes in the area where blacks are dominant.
