    Default Toledo Bend Gathering Food List


    Okay guys, it's time to start planning what food/supplies we are going to bring to the 2018 Toledo Bend Gathering.
    I'll start it off with baked beans and tater salad.

    Sounds good with a potluck on Friday night and a fish fry on Saturday night as long as we have fryers Marty. Mine is just a cast iron pot, don't have anything big. George has one if he wants to bring it. I'll bring mine if other fryers are involved.

    I'll bring crawfish etouffee for Friday evening - if someone prepares the rice. Fried gator for Saturday evening if we're frying.

    Since I will need to leave immediately after the evening meal my fryer will not be available. Sorry.
