    I have not personally use these but heard the are pretty good! I plan to give em a try once I'm finished restoring my boat!

    Speckle, I bought these from Grizzly Jig Company and they work fine for me and for the price you can't beat them. I have the bolt on ones, you can just drill a hole thru your rails and put a nut on the top & bottom (they are actually 3/8-16 threads not metric and they come with one nut) or do like I did and take a steel plate and drill it (5/16 hole) & tap it (3/8-16 tap) and just thread em in and easily take em off when you don't need em.
