Thread: what do you use for frying

I use Corndog 1's fish fry mix. I have a good connection, since he is my brother. In my opinion, there isn't a better fish fry mixture out there. But, of course, I am biased. After all, he is my brother.

I use yellow cornmeal seasoned with Tony's and California blend garlic powder. When I smell it and sneeze it has enough seasoning. I put my fish in a bowl and coat with Tony's, shake in meal, then into the grease bath!!
