    If your pulling cranks and pushing jigs at same time...and you running 1.5 to 1.8 mph....yes you need three oz. on the jigs....nothing on the cranks. Bruce was talking about spider rigging in that case your speed is gonna be .2 to .5 at most.....and most of the time slower than that.

    I may try it one day when my boat is done. I've got a mold for trolling type sinkers. Think that'd be better than an egg sinker?

    DEFINITELY.... won't.......when the fish is caught it was just meant to be caught....no matter the bait,weight,rod nor reel,electronics schmonics.....JK......

    Egg sinkers just fine for spider rigging
