Black RR with a orange and yellow skirt and a nibble works for me in muddy water.

When the water is muddy, I fish with bright colors, usually black and chartreuse or hot pink and chartreuse. I find the fish hold really tight to structure when its muddy. Not sure what style of fishing you like to do, but when water is muddy, I tight line one pole tight to cypress trees, stumps, etc. so I can place my bait as close to the structure as possible. I literally want my bait against the structure. Works for me. Hope it helps.
