Any news on Grand Bayou Reservoir? The last time I talked the gate personnel it was still too high for the officials to inspect the results? I thought they were scheduled to start holding water again in January or early Feb.? Any info would be greatly appreciated! ~~ <*{{{{{<<

Thanks for the reply. I called them a few days ago and they sated water had gotten low enough for them to inspect their facilities for needed repairs and found it could be done from landslide therefore gates will close on 1/31/16 and only dropping maybe 1" per day at present providing they don't have more rain! Said it was a two fold purpose to get rid of some of the unwanted vegetation and inspect the lake facilities and as you stated was near pool level. ~~ <*{{{{<<
