Ha! I can honestly say I have never even tried that. So I will thank you now, Thank you! I pull a few dead shiners out of my tank every other day, I will put a few days worth in a pint ziploc to give it a whirl! I can build up a supply in the freezer since I never have them die in the bucket but a few dies due to the handling stress when returned to the tank.
