After a few weeks of recovery, I was bent on going fishing.
Did some research, and opted to pass on trolling. I'm still waiting for line to arrive from Rapala, so I can get my dedicated Walleye reels complete.

Boy yesterday would have been a great day to look in the shallow areas like you suggest, if I wasn't quarantined because my son in law caught the covid.
