    Default Cave Run bluegills

Does anyone on here mind sharing some general wisdom on where and how to find large blue gills on CR. Don’t need all your secrets just general advise on to get started. I am fish cave run just haven’t really tried to catch large bluegills. I do have a boat. Thanks to anyone will to share. Feel free to pm me if you prefer.

Yeah, we don't seem to have all that many members that fish Cave Run, let alone specifically for Bluegills. Personally, I've only fished it for Crappie, Bass, & Muskie over the last 5 decades ... and not all that often in the last decade.
I think the only lake I've actually fished "specifically" for Bluegill was Herrington Lake .... Summer spawns with crickets or early Fall (Aug) with Horseweed Worms, back in my youth (teens & twenties).
Thanks Kenl thanked you for this post
