Good report Chuck. You’ll get that limit yet, things should pick up soon.
As usual got on water at 4:00pm and set up with 4-14 footers and 2-16 footers. That’s a dozen minnows on every set. Glad I brought along 3/4 pound.
Water was stained but looked good and not too many pleasure boaters.
Constant bite and managed 12 keepers along with 2 catfish for the wife.
After dark I took in the 16 footers.
Fishing 12-15 FOW and bottom minnow setting in about 9 foot.
Don’t know when I’ll get that 15 fish limit. Lots of close throw backs.
Water temp was around 72-73.

Was just looking at your post. I haven’t fished Tsylorsville for a while now but plan on taking someone there next week. Where is a good place to pick up minnows early in the morning. I used to get them at Setters Trace but I think they are close now. Any suggestions?

Thanks, I’ll call them today and check them out. I usually fish Green but this friend lives in Shelbyville so I told him we’ll go to Taylorsville. I’ve never fished it this time of year so I don’t know what to expect. I want to introduce him to spider rigging which now is becoming old school with live scope but I enjoy trolling and the fellowship. Thanks again.
