    Not been in 3 weeks and didn't do very good then. A ton of small crappie and bluegill everywhere but things might have changed since then. Then around 10am all the big boats starts running making it very hard to fish. My tip would be fish early or at night.

    Thanks slabeye. We'll go out early and I suspect be back in the creeks while the pleasure boats are enjoying the lake.

    Was on Cumberland two weeks ago. Caught several short fish, they were around brush piles in 20 fow, 14-18 ft deep. I was there in the middle of the week but as slabeye said the pleasure boats came out mid-late morning and churned up the water. I plan to go early one day this week and fish until the traffic arrives. Good luck.
    Yes, as a matter of fact, I do have a retirement plan...FISHING!
